Account Type Configurations
The following account configurations should be used locally to determine the appropriate VVAAS account. Information about account types is provided below. Throughout the year, VDOE and SAS work together to mass create accounts. All new account holders will receive an email with their credentials after the process is complete.
Super State – The user can access all division reports, school reports, and student reports for Virginia, and has account management access for the state. There can only be one super state account per state.
State All – The user can access all division reports, school reports, and student reports for Virginia.
State NS – The user can access all division reports and school reports for Virginia. The user cannot access student reports.
Super Division – The user can access division reports, school reports, and student reports for their division. The user also has account management access for their division. There can only be one super division account per district.
Division All – The user can access division reports, school reports, and student reports for their division.
Division NS - The user can access division reports for their division, but they cannot access student reports.
Super School – The user can access school reports and student reports for their school. The user also has account management access for their school. There can only be one super school account per school.
School All - The user can access school reports and student reports for their school.
School NS - The user can access school reports for their school, but they cannot access student reports.
Teacher – The user can access school reports. Teachers will be able to access student reports via Custom Student Reports.
Teacher CSR – The user can only access student reports via an assigned Custom Student Report.
